This roundtable event will bring together key leaders from across Leicestershire and the Midlands and will focus on the benefits of women working in the construction industry - and the challenges they face. Leading women and men in the region will come together to discuss various topics including: getting more young people into the industry, the challenges women face within the industry and achieving senior positions, how the industry is progressing and what challenges need to be tackled next.
The event will also be live streamed as part of the Leicester Business Festival and will be hosted by Helen Donnellan, director of business engagement at De Montfort University, and Liz Cartwright, managing director at Cartwright Communications.
