This session will qualify what positive leading (entrepreneurial) management is for yourself and your team. Highlight how to create a workplace environment to openly discuss mental health and mental-ill health, and finally how you can look after your own mental health practically to benefit yourself and a business or organisation.
This will be an interactive workshop where you will share ideas with other delegates and come away with an action plan template to improve your wellbeing and productivity in the workplace.
