John K. Christiansen is a professor of management of innovation, product development and project management at Copenhagen Business School. He is researching the organizational processes related to management and has an interest in the design, implementation and effects of management technologies for innovation and project management. Marta Gasparin is a lecturer in the School of Business at the University of Leicester. Marta’s research combines her interests in design and innovation management and social sciences. In particular, she is interested in exploring how value is created by companies and emerges from consumers; designs and how these are managed by firms; and the role of designers in the innovation and design processes.
