I don’t know where else to start…” Whether you are a new or existing team leader (in any sector) this totally practical session will introduce you to a selection of tools to use with your team; whether they are newly formed, going through change or just need their mojo back.
Invest in yourself as a leader and become the type of boss people want to work for!
Note – no trust falls or raft building included.
During the workshop you will get to experience three tools/exercises first hand, learning about yourself in the process. We’ll discuss how you can take them away and use them with your own teams and you’ll have a chance to ask any questions as we go. You’ll leave the session equipped with new tools you can use yourself, building resilience in you as a leader rather than having to bring someone else in to build/develop your team. As a result of using these tools with your teams you will be able to develop a greater understanding of them (and them with each other), build better relationships and ultimately increase retention rates by being a high functioning team.
Refreshments will be served at registration and mid-morning.
The workshop will be led by Cat Hase of Imagine If Limited. My mission is to bring fun back into learning and to build capability in team leaders to develop their teams.
