Lego Serious Play (LSP) is a formal creative process designed to enhance innovation, solve problems, transform teams and communications, and improve business performance. This fully hands-on introductory workshop will serve to introduce the principles and practice of LSP, and give every participant a sense of how it can apply to their own business.
This workshop is principally a problem solving and communication skills training opportunity using the power of a global brand, with tactile immersive hands-on activity and the credibility associated with a formally certified facilitator programme. The outcomes for every participant will be different, but will be guaranteed to be worthwhile and fun.
