The De Montfort University Graduate Recruitment and Placements Fair provides organisations the chance to meet their students and graduates and network with each other. The event takes place across two days and brings over 70 organisations together under one roof. Exhibitors are given the opportunity to present on the day (limited slots available) to raise awareness of their opportunities amongst our student population.
The event is aimed at organisations of all sizes and sectors, it will enable them to meet our students/graduates to raise awareness of any work opportunities they may have.

The Event
The DMU annual Graduate Recruitment and Placements Fair will take place on Tuesday 30th and Wednesday 31st of October 2018 on campus at The Venue from 11-3pm. Come and speak to students from a range of subject areas who are looking for or want to find out more about graduate and placement roles. This is an ideal opportunity for organisations to raise awareness of the placement/graduate/internship roles they have to offer.
De Montfort University are one of a handful of Universities in the UK to use the Career Fair Plus App. This enables students to view which employers are at the event and where in the venue they are. The organisation logo will also appear on the app with a link to their website to enable students to research into an organisation before they approach them.
To make it easy for exhibitors we do not charge any additional fees so the price you see is the price you pay. We charge £200 for one day, £300 for two days (VAT exempt) and the cost to charities/Not for profit organisations is £100 for one day and £150 for two days.
The price includes:
stand space including a table, a tablecloth and 2 chairs,
car parking and free transport to the venue from the car park,
lunch and refreshments throughout the day,
free WiFi access and power if required,
a listing on our Careers Fair plus app
The chance to offer interactive sessions/workshops/talks on the day (first come first served- we only have 8 slots per day)
The fair last year was very well attended by exhibitors and students last year with over 2000 students visiting the event.
